The vision of the HTI is production and commissioning of midwives and nurses who are trained to effectively manage maternal and child integrated management services, prevention of communicable diseases among the population.

- To ensure a high standard of training and discipline in view of achieving excellent professional competence.
- To foster harmonious relationships between the students and all persons in their training.
